Viewing the free VODs
« on: November 16, 2018, 07:59:23 AM »
It was recently brought to my attention that some may be having a problem watching these. I also got the message telling me that I need to have Flash Player installed that the user did, when I already DO have it. I got the error in both Chrome and MS Edge.

First, if you get the error message, make sure you are using an up to date version of Flash. The message will direct you to a free download.

If you are up to date, this worked for me in Chrome:
The site needs Flash to work
If a website isn’t working, you might need to change your settings to allow Flash.

1) To the left of the web address, click Lock or Info View site information.
2) At the bottom, click Site Settings.
3) In the new tab, to the right of "Flash," click the Down arrow Down arrow and then Allow.
4) Go back to the site and reload the page.

In MS Edge you may have a box pop up asking you to enable Flash. Just click the button to do so. It may also ask you if you are sure the site is safe. You can click out of that or go through and report it as a "safe" or "known" site.

Not certain why this is a problem now, when it wasn't before, but it should work with these steps. If there is anyone out there who know more about this stuff than I do (which could be a lot of you! <g>) I'm  happy for more info.  (agilpwd@gmail.com) This is basically a workaround.
