HOW TO RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS OF TOPICS

If you would like to receive notifications of new topics and new posts via email, you will need to turn notifications on.  In order to do this, follow these instructions:

1- click on the 'PROFILE' tab at the top of the page.
2- under 'MODIFY PROFILE' click on 'Notifications and Email'
3- check the appropriate boxes to receive notifications of new topics and/or replies

Once you've turned on notifications, you'll then need to specify which boards/topics you want to be notified of. In order to do this, follow these instructions:

1- click on the 'HOME' tab at the top of the page.
2- click on the board you're interested in (let's say Awesome Paws Announcements).
3- you will see the following options above and to the right: 'mark as read', 'notify', 'new topic', etc.
4- click on 'notify' to turn notifications for this board on or off.

That should do it!

Hi all,

I noticed when I upgraded the forum that I had to go back in and re-enable notifications for many of the topics/forums I had been 'watching'.  So, if you're not receiving email notifications for topics you are watching, you may need to visit the forum again and re-enable notifications using the instructions previously posted.
